Hi,
Is it possible that an error occured in the diagram with the DB-25 and the DIP-switch ?

pin 18(ground) of the DB-25 is connected to pin 9 of the DIP-switch instead of being connected to pin 19 to 25.
and pin 9(out 7)of the DB-25 is not connected to the DIP-switch...
